Situated in the pretty town of Moratalla, North-West of the major city, Murcia. By car, take the A-7 Motorway from Murcia to Andalucia/Almeria/Granada. Shortly afterwards, at junction 651, take the C-415 to Mula & Caravaca. When you reach the town of Cehegin, Moratalla is sign posted and only 10minutes away. The town is around one and a half hours drive from San Javier airport & only slightly further from Alicante.

Moratalla is an unspoiled, yet modern town, with all amenities. Geographically, it is conveniently close to Alicante and San Javier Airports with good access to major cities, beaches and golf ranges. The climate is typically Mediterranean, with hot summers and short winters. The North-West Region of Murcia is a land of contrasts, characterised by vast plateaux, vineyards, grain and rice fields, with great mountain ranges, such as Macizo de Revolcadores, the highest range of this Region.

Located North west of Murcia, skirting the famous San Jorge´s Hill, nestled in a large valley. Moratalla is set on two distinct levels. The roof-tops sprawl upwards into the surrounding mountainside, which is covered with holms, pines, oaks and junipers. The mountains are home to many species, including the black boar and the Royal Eagle. Here, tradition continues, with large celebrations being held at various times of the year: Fireworks displays, free public shows and concerts being just some of the entertainment on offer. The local scenery is breath taking & the air is fresh and clean. The area is enveloped by the huge national park of Sierra Espuña . The many vibrant communities of the area ensure there is always something to do and always an array of restaurants and tapas bars.

Having quiet, sleepy towns, such as Moratalla, and the more cosmopolitan areas of Cehegín & Caravaca. Visit Santa Ana's Hermitage, Church of the Asunción , Pleas Hermitage, archaeological sites (some dating from prehistoric times), Roman Bridges (the Alharabe) & historic castles.
